Method Suicide by hanging what i learned

I put a screw through the door. If the screw is placed in the right place it can hold a short rope and support your weight if you are not overweight or too heavy.





When i tried this i used a thick rope that was soft and the rope by itself was less painful than a hard or thin rope but when i was testing out the soft and tick rope i was wearing a Hoodie and while i was leaning onto the rope i learned that my Hoodie was actually making the rope feel so nice and soft and it made the rope strangle me out in seconds. You might think that having something soft around the rope would make it less effective but it makes it work even faster and not even painful.
It cannot be too much padding but if you have the right padding it makes hanging pretty nice and soft and you just feel a high while you are about to pass out into death.

While i was hanging on the rope i feel a rush of epphoria and i was just fading away in peace. So its not a bad way to die when down right.


So what is important when hanging?

1 thick and soft rope
2 right amount of padding
3 The screw hook at the top of the door needs to hold your weight.
4 the rope needs to be short
5 hanging done right can actually be pleasent. There is news articles about people playing the choking game and dying. People play that because it causes a high and nice feeling.

My point is that cutting yourself or picking a slow and painful death is not necessary if you hang yourself right. And hanging is actually something even 12 year old girls have done thousands of times so pretty much anyone who wants to stop existing could use hanging suicide.


You can even hang yourself from a stair if you put a rope around the stair step that has holes in between like that


If you put a rope around the stare plank at the top it lets you hang a rope down and that is one of many ways to hang yourself but its risky since people might find your body while you wait for death.



Stop using dangerous suicide plans that hurt and just make it a unpleasant death. Hanging is reliable. And can be peaceful like when i tried. I found it hard to stop myself from completing the suicide even through i just was testing it out because it just feel so nice to fade away.

The reason this work so fast and without pain is likely because the rope is not just stopping air but the blood that goes around the side of the neck. If the blood supply is cut that effectively its a pass out in seconds.

I used to train self defense and i had a guy strangle me from behind as part of the training and he did not really cut off my air access but the pressure around the blood access around the neck knocked me out even through i didnt even feel like he was closing the air tube itself so Even though i was getting enough air through my front pipe at throat i still passed out since he cut out the blood supply located at the side of the neck so it was pleasent and took only seconds.

I would say that cutting out blood supply like that works better than choking out due to pressure on the air pipe on the throat itself.

If you are tall then this would not be possible but this way is just the weight of the body dragning down and its then combined with the thick rope and padding and that simply stops the blood flow so fast

Thick rope yes but not too thick and I'm thinking 16+mm is probably too thick. Why? Because the rope can make contact with the right and wrong points of your neck both at once which makes it painful and provokes SI (especially if placing the rope below the Adamsapple).
The thread is good but I will just say that unfortunately everyone is different and some have found padding helped and others that it hindered. Many people have failed at partial and often full suspension is the final way to go.

Not wanna derail this thread. My chosen method is CO but knowing stuff about hanging is also good :-) I won't CTB soon if things don't get worse for me. I hope the best.

I actually have replaced this method by helium after i moved and i have a Zorb ball now and these are made to be air tight. I want to make a post about this since this is now the way i prefer. I Will make a post showing it if i can since Exit bag didnt work and was not effective. If you enter a Zorb ball and zip it up and you dont have a knife to cut yourself out its over even if you want to stop suicide attempt. I want to write about it.

Once you zip it up its done. You cannot change your mind even if you want since its not possible to kick yourself out of the thick plastic and its not possible to open from the inside.

Thats why i post this. Clean Helium is not easy to find in som countries. Different Options to die could be helpful. I dont want people to suicide but this is a world where death could be preferred over life.

Survival instinct shows that you are not ready to kill yourself. When I tried helium with exit bag for the first time I truly wanted to kill myself and there was no survivor instinct. I don't remember anything trying to stop me. When you absolutely can't take life anymore you will override your instincts. Your life is perhaps awful but it's possible to be even more depressed. Life usually gets more sad as one gets older for most of the world.

I don't think you should hang yourself if you feel that way about it. But I have a helium suicide post that you can read on my profile. It's less intimidating and you don't need to do all the complicated stuff with the exit bag and regulator. That's is how I want to die myself.

Hanging is a solid option and hard to survive and if you are creative you could do it pretty much anywhere.

Certainly seems creative, pure helium is hard to come by though isn't it?

I rate the creativity but I also see you recommend jumping into a refrigerator and doing the same.

I think there is a draw to tried and tested methods.

Hanging is probably the most popular globally

It's funny you said that because the store website wrote " some stores have helium with 20% oxygen but our helium is pure" when I read it I went wow that's just what I was looking for. It's hard to find helium in certain places and when it's used for suicide then you could have laws that makes it harder to find pure helium. But there is still other options to helium gas that works. But I wouldn't try anything like using the car exhaust or something like that.
