Discussion Suicidal dreams

Have you ever had a dream about suicide or involving suicide? Sometimes it seems to me that the most suicidal I ever was, was in my dreams - the irge to end things was just unbearable there. I usually throw myself out of the window. However, I do not die and my dream doesn't end. Instead, I'm just lying motionlessly or time kinda rewinds back and I jump again but still not able to die jo matter what.
I'm curious what was your experience?

I dream about it sometimes, normally when I think about it more during the day (shocking, I know).

It normally involves jumping off of high cliffs or buildings, and then when I reach the bottom I either wake up or just morph into a new dream sequence. Occasionally I just remain there paralysed as blood pools around my body.

I don't really feel much emotionally in these dreams. Oftentimes there is a sensation of guilt or anguish or excitement, but it's pretty mild, and there are dreams where I just kill myself without even thinking about it.
