Good morning.

What are some measures I can take to ensure that I pass when using a plastic bag?

I'm planning to tie a plastic bag (a normal Walmart bag) around my head when I go to sleep. What are some things I can do to not suffer?

Thank you.

Do you have any anxiety meds, like valium, Xanax, ativan, bromazolam, etc.?

Or any narcotics that will make you sleepy.

I also question the reliability of a WalMart shopping bag. They are super thin and might not adequately restrict oxygen.

Running out of oxygen and suffocating is a pretty horrible experience, every instinct will be to rip off the bag as you struggle for air. That has been my experience anyhow.

I've been a paramedic for 30 years. I can tell you that when hypoxia sets in people become frantic and you might rip the bag off. Especially with a thin plastic like from Walmart.

Have you considered the carotid method?

It's a poor method. Final Exit recommended taking sleeping pills and anti-anxiety medication to numb yourself down and fall asleep as quickly as possible, however I think there's too many risks such as survival instinct getting too strong (too late) or ripping the bag during convulsions.

PPH says this method is now considered unreliable--Final Exit says to take a bunch of sleeping pills beforehand and something like Emetrol, so you don't throw up, and 5 beta blocker pills to slow the heart rate down--But the sleeping pills may not work

Better use the helium or nitrogen method.

Bag will be ripped off when you fall asleep. There was a hole in my bag when I woke up.

First off, that type of shopping bag likely has a few holes at the bottom, so even if you didn't rip it off, it probably wouldn't work.

However, being deprived of oxygen will send you mind into a panic and you will attempt to rip the bag off. Something that thin won't stand a chance of lasting.

I am also looking at bromazolam as it is still easy to get as RC. I read couple of experiences on reddit (/r/researchchemicals) telling the potency is very strong.

Yeah no, you cannot fall asleep with a plastic bag around your heard. You will not be able to breathe very quickly and you will rip that mother fucker off in a panic. Do an experiment. Try holding you breath until you can't. And when you reach that point, keep holding. See what it feels like. How painful and frightening. Your brain will not let you stop breathing.

The only way this method works is if people either tie themselves up so they can't remove the bag or take enough tranquilizers to overdose.
