Jogging, yoga, strength training, and even a simple stroll can all ease signs of depression, a major review of more than 15,000 participants published Wednesday in the BMJ found.
It works for some. The practices definitely help elevate my own mood. It's not just exercise that is important. Diet and nutrition are just as critical. And for others, none of this matters so long as certain external pressures that are left unaddressed.
