Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Is anyone else here trying to study for an important exam? Or just studying for school or college? I need to study for an exam, but I find it reeeeeeally difficult.

If I do well on this exam, I could get into my dream college, and I feel like my quality of life would improve significantly if that happened. But since I've been cursed with depression, it is 100% more hard.

Does anyone have any tips for studying when you feel like dying every day? Somedays I don't even want to get out of bed, but when I picture myself as a student at that college, I feel more hopeful.

Yeah, this can happen. I'm looking into seeing a psychologist again. But the ones I saw in the past didn't help much. So far only antidepressants have helped.

if it is enough to function maybe it worth it , your choice to take the pills.

psycologist can be a pretty complecated, you need to do lots of self work. i made a post how to get more results from him. psycologist is like going to class and doing as much homework as possible

have you tried the pomodoro technique? It seemed like bs to me but lowkey works. Rewarding yourself with a treat during the longer breaks is good motivation too. And don't beat yourself up if you don't get as much done as you wanted — any amount of studying is better than none and you should be proud of yourself. I know how hard it is and I'm proud of you at least
