I've been clean from SH 108 almost 109 days but this morning I have this bad urge to burn again like it's killing me and I'm struggling not to do it. And what's worse is I have a psychiatrist appt this afternoon so he's gonna know something is up. I'm tryna do something else get high or something so I will be chill at my appt. But what can I do to make this feeling go away does anyone have any suggestions
