I'm struggling to understand the CTB resources list aubergine because my mind is racing atm please can someone help explain me where I can obtain these resources in the U.K.

I'm sorry you're so desperate rn but the best is to try to calm down a bit that will make everything easier when u have a clear mind.

I wouldn't recommend hanging, drowning, or train methods, as these are usually very painful. Your survival instincts (SI) can kick in pretty fast with these, so usually they can be very painful.

People usually report no pain in chemical methods, so you can try looking around. In here most chemicals are SN and CO.

Hope this helped, also this isn't a recommendation, I'm just saying some painless methods.

Full-drop hanging when done right is painless or practically so as immediate death/incapacitation is the goal. You really would only need a strong rope, somewhere you can hang from, and to read up on how to tie the rope and length to jump. To be honest though, the criteria of quick, painless, and easily obtainable in the UK while factoring in you want something highly reliable is a lot.
