Feeling stressed, alone and scared. The police in England are so corrupt. Made a complaint and found out the investigating officer made a referral to social services about me. I made a complaint to the IOPC. The officer received my complaint in early October and put in a social services referral this November. One day before he ended his investigation and told me of the results. I can escalate my complaint and I will be doing that. I believe it was a tactic used by him to try and ensure that if I took my complaint further that I wouldn't be taken seriously. He said that my complaint and communications with me made him feel like my mental health was declining.ive looked at everything I've sent him and there's nothing to suggest any mental health issue. Ie telling him I was orry I hadn't got back to him yet because I was busy with university work. Or telling him how to access a file I'd sent him. File with evidence of what I'd said. There was nothing to suggest any mental health concerns. I sent him that file in early October. Since that file I've only sent him emails regarding asking when he's going to provide an update. It seems he's made an attempt to try and skew the investigation if I escalate it so it is investigated further. I'm making a complaint against him anyway. I just feel I've been robbed of a university 1st year experience because I've been dealing with these corrupt police officers from the City I used to live in. I have aspergers not a mental illness. As a member of the public I am allowed to complain.

It's exhausting to. I'm juggling University work with police complaints because they can't do their jobs properly.

It helps to have a lawyer or legal advice if you are dealing with them. Otherwise they will put in the least effort possible to fob you off.

I did try that but the solicitors I was looking for to help me with the complaints process weren't taking on new cases, so I was stuck.

That sounds awful and tiring what you have to endure, there really is nothing fair about this life. But I wish you the best.

Well, I wish the circumstances were different but it's good to hear from you again Zeus. I hope you get through this ok and I hope that the outcome is in your favor. This world is full of people who want to do harm. It's one of the reasons why I don't belong here.
