I bought 100 pills from my dealer, im in Europe so i doubt there is fentanyl inside.

How many should i take to properly end it? What other drugs can i throw in the mix to make it work better? I also have ketamine and some other stuff

Tramadol will mess you up, and your liver.

I'm betting on oxy. That, or morphine.

You won't get enough from grandma. Sorry. The amount you'd need is way above the amounts that are prescribed.

Also, assuming you're in NL, 2mg xannies are the risky ones and can contain fent. No way to know though.

i would say xan in NL wont have it all. there are some test centrum and if they were some xan with fent there would be a NL wide alert which happend with oxy's

They are 50mg pills, i could probably get a strip or 2

Tramadol is really not a drug to ctb. You will have serotonin syndrome or possibly seizures, if you overdose, but you are very unlikely to die. Xanax like other benzodiazepines is no drug to ctb either. And even combining Xanax and Tramadol won't help. If you insist on overdosing try to get Fentanyl or Nitazenes and combine them with benzodiazepines. Or get a decent amount of Heroin and inject it while already being on benzodiazepines. Everything else is unlikely to kill you.

Thanks for the tip, sadly stuff like fentanyl is very uncommon here :/, heroïne i could try but i dont want to risk living and ending up addicted

if you use heroin strictly for CTB there is not a risk of becoming a junky, however you have the issue of being able to acquire it. As if you can access heroin you would be able to access the stronger opioids which are more suited for CTB.

if your Europe then we have the brown heroin , the strongest H is in Australia which is "China white" as it's so pure it can be mixed with water for injection and also snorted. Whereas the brown H is made for smoking. To inject it you need citric acid , but if your not a H user it's pretty hard to just correctly inject yourself.
