Venting Storing an N cylinder (PPEH source) in the garage?

Would it be safe to store the N cylinder in a garage given the info I've provided?

So I have already expressed my fear of keeping an N cylinder in my small apartment due to the possibility of the regulator snapping off for whatever reason.

Can I keep it in a garage? The temperatures outside during winter could be as low as -30 degrees celsius (extreme cases) and can reach +33 degrees celsius in summer time.
