Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I've been emotionally eating for a few months now. I'm still small, I had the room to spare. But, it feels attached to a lack of control and it doesn't help the feelings of self-hate. For those that have done it for "self-punishment," how do you fight the urge to cave in and eat? Does it get easier over time? Plus, I know you need to fast for awhile before taking SN. If I do it, I want to make sure I don't screw that part up over a "snack."

I mean if I struggled w fasting for SN I'd just take an appetite suppressant the day or two before.
