Venting standing by the side of the road

im waiting for a bus (ironic huh) and cars drive by. im staring at the road, wondering if i should take the two steps to end up in the middle of it.

i know getting run over is a non method, but frankly, im having trouble convincing myself not to. i cant seem to get ligature strangulation working properly, even after 4 attempts + testing. i get lightheaded, no exploding head feeling, lips tingle and nose goes cold, but i don't pass out.

if i keep going at this rate, ill cause some other physical issues that might take me down anyway, mission failed successfully. as unlikely as that is, one can still hope.

Stepping in front of a car is unlikely to succeed. More than likely you will end up seriously injured and in pain. You could even be permanently crippled or paralyzed. Besides that, the driver is likely to experience guilt of hitting someone and will certainly have to deal with the hassle of talking to police, defending himself or herself, and paying an insurance deductible to get their car repaired. I think this is a bad idea.

My go to was always the good old train tracks. I thought laying my neck on the rail and letting the next train decapitate me.

I have been in this position so many times! a regular street is probably not a good idea, a freeway is better. I've stood by the freeway and considered it more than once, but I'm terrified I will survive.
