Discussion stabbing the abdominal

Hello, if i stabbed the abdominal area would that cause instant death or would i need to stab there multiple times?
also, how long would it take to bleed out and what are the chances of me passing out?

I ask as im trying to organize it and would like to die while bleeding out listening to one of my most loved songs and sending a message to the love of my life.

It wouldnt be instant death, no matter how many times you stab. Youd bleed out slowly and you could be found and saved. When you get option you could pm me and i could help you in search for method that would work better, atleast less suffering

Thats what i was concerned about aswell, being to weak after stabbing to even be able to function properly.

Like @AnxietyAttack44 mentioned u will have a drawn out bleeding session and may get saved in the meantime. Worse u could end with some permanent damage to internal organs. Far more less painful ways available.

I personally think he's an egotistical ass with hidden motives, but Marc MacYoung is an expert on violence and writes a lot about many methods and effects of violence, including knife wounds. He has a website and has written several books, the ebooks are cheap on Amazon. I think you may find him to be a very educational resource in helping you figure out not only the method, but what you'll experience and whether or not you can handle it. There's fantasy, and then there's the reality. I think he brings the reality. Knife wounds are seriously rough stuff, and according to him, worse to experience than gunshot wounds, but also more deadly in general (outside of the obvious well-placed, self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head).

That is a horrible method involving massive amounts of pain for a long time (possibly hours). You'll likely be screaming so much you'll be found prematurely.

I think it's safe to say you will not be able to enjoy any music and you probably won't have the focus to compose any coherent messages to anyone.

People don't die instantly after being stabbed dozens of times and that's with another human-being hell-bent on ending their life as fast as possible. Why should you or anyone else be able to do to themelves what trained or at least experienced killers can't achieve quickly?

Any method involving bloodloss as the cause of death is highly unreliable, dangerous and painful. Besides professional draining of blood under anesthesia which requires skill/training, specialized equipment and access to pain medication.

I once had a knife in my hand contemplating using it on myself so I understand some of the mindset that would lead to such a horrible mistake but a romantic fantasy of dying gloriously/dramatically and the reality of it are completely different things. As GoodPersonEffed rightly remarked.

Apparently abdominal wounds (gunshot or knife) are among the slowest ways to bleed out, and quite painful.

Please be careful.

I just keep picturing the scene from Reservoir Dogs where he gets shot in the stomach, and he's screaming that it hurts, while Harvey Kaitel's character tells him it takes a long time to die from a wound like that.

i used to love this method so much! i even had a little playlist on youtube and everything. i totally get your reasoning. in theory this sounds amazing but in reality it's not gonna go well at all. i had to go through that dissapointment too and i still find myself reminiscing about this method every now and then. i want to make a statement - but i also want to actually ctb. it sucks that these two desires seem to be counterproductive to one another more often than not. wishing you the best.

This is a bad idea because you have a low chance of death if you stab a non-fatal part, which the abdominal (stomach) part of your body is. While it is possible to die from blood loss and other causes, the amount of pain and the time it takes to die would be agonizing, leaving yourself in immense and unimaginable pain. Plus, the possibility of being rescued, saved, and survived with permanent damage.
