So lately I started doing a few things to sort of prepare myself to ctb. 1st I did my research on methods and since I decided on SN ,I ordered that and an aquarium test. So that's that. Another is I'm trying to prepare my self spiritualy. Nothing crazy just mainly started reading the bible (something I've been meaning to do anyways) and trying to make peace with everything. I know some of you have said that you don't believe in anything (most of the replies lol) but I guess I'm just diffrent. I'm trying to make this so that when the time comes I don't die with all the negativity I feel now. Supposedly when an animal gets slaughtered for food, before it's death if it's afraid the meat is tougher or some hormones change idk forgot where I even read it but I feel the same might go for us as far as the soul is concerned...maybee if you can make it as peacefull as possible itl be easier on us where ever we're going...idk just a theory, I don't claim to have any idea what lies on the other side, but I do believe there's a God, and I do believe there's got to be something more. So I'm trying to be not only 100 percent Rational, but also spiritual inclined at the same time. Praying, meditating, thinking positively, reading, etc. Only thing is I feel like I could be doing something more...any ideas? Love to hear u out...thanks.

I agree with everything you say. One quickly gets a good feel for what is there by exploring the world of NDE studies. CTB is never ideal but when there's no other reasonable alternative, being in a place of acceptance and well-wishing towards others, and leaving the best possible legacy is key.
