I went to a psychiatrist and spoke to a police spiritualist and I am repressed by what they said, they said that suicides kill themselves thinking that the pain will stop, but when they die the spirit suffers even more, now they are trying to put things in my head, I am desperate.

As for the rest, since we can't prove that knowledge of the afterlife is even possible, there's no way to support their claims — or anyone else's, for that matter

That's such a blatant threat to make one keep living. Threaten them with the pain of suffering in the afterlife so that they keep living this garbage existence.

The fallacies and lies propagated by religious and spiritual people are the result of a culture that only knows how to propagate ideas in the form of fear and oppression.

If you die, you will only cease to exist. Your existence is limited to your physical form. Nothing outside of it is connected to your consciousness.

I hope you find a way out of this situation. Being threatened is just proof of why you are depressed and unhappy. No normal person can bear abusive relationships like that. I wish you well.

The only thing i'm happy about if there is an afterlife. Is that I can ditch my issues and this body. Then maybe I can start all over and hopefully it'll be better then what I have.
