Does anyone else have any special wishes for the day of CBT itself? Things like wearing your favorite outfit, listening to music, watching movies or series, cleaning the house, going out, saying goodbye to loved ones or a final statement etc.?
I made one final preparation by buying an outfit. Why this outfit? Because I've always seen my life as one big joke — and yet, I also loved it deeply. I want to go out colorfully, with a final punchline. That's how I've approached most of my life.
