So I recently learnt about the soy sauce method to CTB. Is it legit?

Soy Sauce

I just discovered this. Basically a litre of soy sauce will do the trick. Not even that much. Salt poisoning was quite a method in China.

I didn't know until the other day that drinking soy sauce could be lethal... I'm curious if anyone knows about that sort of death? I'm not really considering it as a method but it seems so simple haha now i'm wondering what other wacky things kill you

About the only thing that happens to me with soy sauce, if I have stir fry with it in for example, is that I get a severe case of the squits
