Hard to broach to the topic to my gp at the moment as they're preoccupied with my last hope for life. Are there any antiemic drugs available here without prescription? Or any other methods of aquiring them?

The right sort of antiemetic is not available without prescription. It's also difficult to get them from GPs, although you could try "my cousin gets migraines with nausea just like me and said metoclopramide works for her..."
I got mine from an online Indian pharmacy who were happy to sell it to me without prescription.My GP is always loath to prescribe anything, it's always "come back in two weeks and we'll discuss it again" so I just ordered from an online pharmacy. They do a questionnaire to issue you a prescription signed off by an online GP, there are others that don't even need that but I just went with what seemed easiest.

I can buy it from dark web sources from India but I've never bought drugs internationally before and it makes me nervous.
You can buy from clear web sources, although in both cases you need to treat carefully. I think it is within site rules to refer to the most prominent online Indian Pharmacy as "ADC" - I've heard stories about people being the victims of fraud after using it. Thankfully there are other options with secure payment options like Paypal.
Meto isn't illegal. I can understand being nervous about xanax, but you can safely buy meto without fear.I got my meto from a genuine online UK pharmacy just filled out a bunch of questions and paid ÂŁ20India pharmacy.
A get it cheap, less than a dollar for like a pack of 10x 10mg, I've got meds from said place previously and it takes a just over a week to be delivered to the uk.
