This is a composition including readings and translations from The Tibetan Book of the Dead; The Bardo Thodol. This writing is meant to guide an individual toward death and acceptance of mortality, and the composition was made in an effort to process a personal loss experienced by one of the artists. I have been meditating on this frequently and find it comforting. I do not believe in the visions being described as they are literally but I still do find it comforting. I linked to a playlist of the album on the artist's channel. I tried to break the link cuz I forgot if we're allowed to link directly. My journey toward death is becoming reflective. I feel a lot of very strong emotions all the time and they motivate me to want to die but I will not have them hounding me at the moment of death. I am recovering my mental health so that I may end my life in peace... the goal for me is acceptance.
