Help Some questions

I have a few questions for you guys about hanging and shooting yourself,

1. Which method would hurt more?
2. Where exactly am I supposed to place the gun if I shoot myself?

Hanging hurts more since guns kill you instantly if you shoot the brain stem

Not a well versed but from what I know;

Hanging is normally pain over a decent period of time, as it mostly ends in asphyxiation. Although if you get lucky it can be more uncomfortable than painful with drop hangings or cutting off blood quickly through the carotid arteries

Shooting can be intensely painful over a very short period of time, could even be rendered as painless due to how death occurs faster than your synopses register pain

Gun placement depends on the gun. I think theres a megathread about guns, although correct me if im wrong.
