Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

After some time lurking in this subreddit, I've found these 2 methods to be the most easily accessible and relatively painless. However it seems SN method's peacefullness keeps varying from person to person.
How effective is using AE's and Benzos to reduce symptoms? Will it make it completely peaceful.
The PPeH has a peacefulness rating of 6/10 for SN.
Is this with the assumption of using these both? A 6 rating implies some level of struggle and a mid level of discomfort right?

Shallow Water Blackout seems absurdly easy though I myself have not given it a try. I might be able to subvert by SI using alcohol. From what I've read, this method seems surprisingly effective, easy and peaceful. Is there a catch/ reason why it isn't recommended a lot more?

The authors don't give their definition of peacefulness, so it's difficult to say what it implies.

It's far from being easy for many people. Despite hyperventilation, it may be difficult to hold your breath long enough to achieve fainting.
