Some help with benzodiazepine

After looking around an realizing N is an amazing but unfortunately an impossible to obtain method I started looking for ways that are similarly peaceful and stumbled upon this: https://sanctioned-suicide.net/thre...to-death-legally-i-study-pharmacology.114484/ . After a bit of research i realized that benzodiazepine's include Oxazepam and Temazepam. Lucky for me, i have actually been prescribed both these medications by my doctor for insomnia. also lucky for me after doing a bit of research on the page of Benzodiazepine on Wikipedia i found that Temazepam is one of the most toxic in overdose. unfortunately for me i understand almost none of the terms used in the post i mentioned earlier and its become clear to me that overdosing on temazepam alone wont be enough. could anyone dumb it down so that i could understand what would be the best thing to take with a large dose of temazepam? also last question: i see that they're saying 'alcohol or other sedatives are optional' what would the sedatives be in this case?

look up amitryptiline method. If you search on this forum you will find the recipe. Check your quantity of benzos too, to match the recipe.

I think also opiates are not great witg benzos but don't know if that gets lethal and which ones you'd need.

I've really been struggling to find the lethal dose of Temazepam, i dont have that much and would like to know if i need to get more from the doctor in order to succeed
