After a bit of research i realized that benzodiazepine's include Oxazepam and Temazepam. Lucky for me, i have actually been prescribed both these medications by my doctor for insomnia. also lucky for me after doing a bit of research on the page of Benzodiazepine on Wikipedia i found that Temazepam is one of the most toxic in overdose. unfortunately for me i understand almost none of the terms used in the post i mentioned earlier and its become clear to me that overdosing on temazepam alone wont be enough. could anyone dumb it down so that i could understand what would be the best thing to take with a large dose of temazepam? also last question: i see that they're saying 'alcohol or other sedatives are optional' what would the sedatives be in this case?
