You have to get it through online pharmacies since it is a prescription medicine.
It is an effective method if down right if that is what you mean by "safe".

The proper question would be, "What drugs I can take to induce methemoglobinemia?" This is the main symptom of an SN overdose which takes you to the next life. There's more out there, but you have to google it and see if it's available in your country. Also be sure to google the "LD50 of X product" to ensure proper dosage.
