For those in the process, what is your approach to your social media accounts? Delete them ahead of time? Let others handle them? Don't give a fuck?

I'm getting close I fear (and hope) and this feels like something I don't know how to approach.

I only have FB (for practical reasons) and reddit besides my account here. I will leave both as they are, as I don't want to raise suspicions before CTB-ing, and there's nothing there I don't want people to find out. Having no social life or friend network helps in this case.

I don't give a fuck, i haven't been on Discord in 6 months, ain't gonna lie it hurts because i see dear friends messaging me but i dismiss it without looking. I just can't uninstall it but i can't interact with them somehow. I try to avoid all the news about games/shows/music/anime and such aswell. Like a barrage in my head somehow...

deleted my accounts on all of them (Discord, FB, Instagram, etc.). The only social media i use (and its a stretch to call it that) is Whatsapp and Reddit. Whenever I want to check out all I need to do is write the email and hit send.
