Venting So sick of Christmas music and Christmas itself

I work retail and honest to god I am so sick of george michael and mariah carey. The same playlist every morning for the last month. Its not even actual Christmas yet.

But even then I am tired of going around the same circle every single year. I used to be one of those people (like with sui-cide) who would think 'how could anyone hate christmas?' Then you grow a bit older and realise you're just going around in circles every year with the middle being different (hopefully).

I'm also a bit jaded seeing couples holding hands and stuff because im single just now so I wonder how much that is playing into my feelings at the minute lol.

I've decided I'm not celebrating Christmas this year, but I will choose to spend time with my family after the holidays are over. (Dunno if it'll be my last time with them though)

I'm so sorry for you. I'm not a fan of forced Christmas music. I don't mind some of it. If I'm in the mood.
I don't know why some stores think that it needs to be loud. Also some stores play really bad Christmas songs.

I was out today in public and was at a place where they were playing Christmas Music LOUD....
If you are going to play it, why does it have to be loud??? Do you want people to leave???
