i noticed in the fitting rooms at my target location that some of them hav thick metal bars AND chairs in there. I know it'd be rude to hang in public but i have no other options. literally fuckin none. may i have some advice please?

Although I think maybe the setup would work for CTB, I think there would be an issue with "noises" you would make while hanging, resulting in people hearing you and intervening to save you. I don't think I need to tell you what happens after you are saved.
from all the hanging videos ive watched, most of them werent really noisy, i qould assume to just go on a not-so busy day and go in the farethest stall from the entrance

Your choice, of course. Personally, I wouldn't do it for the reasons I, and another poster, stated. Good luck if you go that route.
I think there's cameras over the fitting rooms so it may be seen on camera. Plus there might be the fitting room people. They'll likely find you. In fact highly likely. I'm not going to give suggestions but... There has to be somewhere secluded by you within relative walking distance.
