Snow is so beautiful yet depressing

Right now as I write this outside of my window it's pouring down with snow. It's filling the streets and everything is covered. It's cozy but a bit depressing.
Reminds me of the last time I tried to kill myself It was snowy as well but hey it's not really that bad.

Im glad it's snowing cuz I hate heat and summer in general. It also sometimes does the opposite of making me depressed kinda odd it makes me happy.

I am immensely jealous of the view you probably have right now, even if I'm sorry it might trigger a bad memory for you. I miss snow badly, grew up with it in my home country. Haven't seen a snowflake in half a decade.

And yes, winter > summer

dang unlucky I hope that changes since earth is already weird. It shouldnt snow today but it did. It usually snows like early January.

Don't think it will where I am sadly. I won't see snow again before I go, but that's life I guess, it is what it is :)

True I haven't through about that, November is definitely early. Is it a light snowfall or what you would expect mid winter?

Not that light it's in the middle like what you said. I heard it's gonna be a storm though so it might be way worse. Last time there was a snow storm here the snow reached like the height of a car. Idk how many feet that is. Not the roof of the car just the engine part. Most cars got blocked in the street and abandoned. School was closed for 2 weeks straight. Some homeless people died tho it was terrible.

Winter is my favorite season, snow is my favorite weather and Christmas is my favorite holiday, yet it does feel bittersweet at times. It truly is oddly a lovely feeling.

Perhaps I'm in a minority here, but I wish it was warm all year. I hate cold weather with a passion.
