I don't have an access to any antiemetics. Were there people who succeeded with just SN alone?

Yeah, I think there's a list of ppl who used SN and if they succeeded or not.
It's possible but it's gonna be less peaceful and you might have to try more because you are more likely to throw it up, so that means you'll have to drink more

Yes, it's possible. SN seems to be a wild card in terms of vomiting. Some members have vomited despite taking meto, and others have taken SN without any antiemetic yet didn't vomit. It's a toss up.

I think it's different for everyone, some throw up with meto, some don't throw up without it, I guess it's a bit like some people can drink a bottle of whisky and not throw up, others feel nausea after a glass of whisky.

It all depends on you and the strength of your stomach.
