I am very limited to what I can get in regards to medication to help me with my sn protocol. I have obtained the sn itself (still don't know if it'll arrive 100% but anyway) and I am going to try and get anti emetics from the doctor idk what they'll give me becuase I'm young and they don't usually like giving out medication to younger people in my country but anyway. Does anyone know what the experience will be like without these drugs? I am a very anxious person by nature so I'm worried I'll end up calling for help

You will most likely end up in the ER, alive and traumatised.

From what I read, the success rate doesn't seem all too different, it's just not as peaceful. Which I guess for anxious people like OP, could lead to survival instinct kicking in.

I would do it without it too.
there was just a thread about documentation these days, A person with medication and a person without medication.. yes, it will work, I mean I doesn't sound perfect.. (both didn't sound perfect)

for "calm down" pills, I don't think that they are really needed I have some, but need to think about, if I really want to take them ...
The other recommended thing are maybe more important, but I won't have access to this...and I think it's ok.

without antiemetics, the chances of you throwing up become higher. prepare multiple cups of the SN and be ready to drink more if you do throw up. that could be difficult / unpleasant though, so i would try to get antiemetics if you can, but the protocol is certainly still possible without it.

without benzos, you will probably be quite anxious. i'm afraid there's not much you can do about this except try to relax and resist the urge to call for help. maybe place any phones far from where you will take the SN?

overall, SN is still fatal without those two meds. it's up to what you are able to procure and what level of discomfort you are willing to risk.
