I'm not making the argument that taking the Sodium Nitrite without an anti-emetic is a good idea, I'm just stating the fact that the PPH says vomiting is unlikely. I was going to do it without the anti-emetic because I was desperate to get it done quickly and I didn't think I'd be able to obtain the anti-emetic here. Although I would like to get some now so that I can use SN as a backup. I'm pretty sure my current method is even more painless and less prone to failure, but I'm starting to wonder if I'm going to be able to get myself to do it. I think psychologically taking some pills and liquid and then falling asleep might be more doable that tightening fabric around my neck until I pass out

Ok I see it now. You are right. My apologies. I've read that paragraph before but I guess due to the constant talk about antiemetics on this site I forgot about it.
Sounds like you got the night night method down, congrats, that's a hard one. But I agree, for me at least, drinking a liquid is easier than a partial or full which was my original method.

Same for me. Drinking a liquid seems easier than partial or full.

By hard, do you mean the technical aspect of it? Because it seems pretty easy. I just followed the steps in the Five Last Acts for the tourniquet method. Although I'm thinking of switching to the "Ratchet Tie-Down" method, because even with all the potential flailing after you fall unconsious, I don't see how you could accidentally undue that. My current method relies on the knot being held in place by an object(I'm currently using a pretty standard metal spoon), and that metal spoon is just held in place by resting against your body. So there is the concern that if your body moved enough, it could potentially come undone and restore blood to your brain.

Hard bc in my case I tried many ways to find my carotid arteries and was never able to do it right , never black out or even feel anything remotely like you're suppose to for it to be peaceful. Just always got the ballon sensation in my head, blood rushing in, meaning I'm getting the jugulars but not the carotid. It doesn't matter, even if I did, the idea of being conscious while tightening the ratchet or using the spoon is just too psychologically demanding.

What about meclizine?

I was going the Meclizine route until I was able to get Meto. We also had a user that passed away using Meclizine with SN.
So it should work, just not as strong / effective as Meto.

You do not have enough posts to PM yet. But, if you go to the world's largest auction site and search Domperidone, several will pop up for you.
Just an FYI: At the auction site, I got useless search results when I went through my browser, but good search results when I used the auction site's app.
