Usually it's recommended to make 3 glasses with 25g SN and 50ml water. I was wondering why not just make 1 glass with 75g+150ml?
I know you're not supposed to drink it all in one go because you will commit, but you could sip it slowly

its because 25g = 1 dose (for people weighing under 100kg), the other glasses are only a back up dose for if you vomit and need to dose again.

I'm thinking of putting it in capsules rather than drinking it. Anyone familiar with whether or not this is as effective as drinking it? Is water a sort of catalyst for SN?

No. Too slow to absorb. You will suffer for hours

I have one so you just put in on scale then how do you get it from scale to glass? Then just stir and drink?
Put the glass on the scale and turn it on after that. It should now show 0 even with the glass and if it doesn't, press the tare button. Then just put the sn inside the glass. For the water, 50g=50ml

How painful is it?
the ones who have done it while being watched by a friend reported slight discomfort but no intense pain. The most accurate description seems to be as if you had run a mile in hot weather on an empty stomach, you get home, lay down in bed and pass out

Then why are firearms , hanging, and drowning still top three?

Should this be higher up?

firearms are supposed to be instant. bang, you're out

hanging and drowning are very easy to access, all you need is water for one, a rope for the other

The truth is that it varies in peacefulness according to each person. I've seen some accounts of people watching others who did not describe it as peaceful and said that it seemed like the person was in distress, gasping for breath. But for others, it did seem to be fairly peaceful overall. Almost everyone vomits, is what it seems to be.

ive tried partial hanging twice, meds overdose once, meds with alcohol twice, vsed once, slit wrists once and drowning once. either SI or unproper execution made me fail them all. SN is my last hope
