I am a young adult so I am going to prepare three glasses. 30 gm in 50 mL water is suitable.
I have;
1000 mg paracetamol
3x10 mg metoclopramide + 2x4 mg ondansetron (antiemetics)
4x20 mg famotidine (antacid)

I am planning to do it at 13:00 a.m . This means I will fast for 13 hours.

PPH says that if vomiting occurs and there is no other glass available then this process should be aborted. Does that mean if I vomit I will definitely survive so I definitely need to drink the second glass? And, what is the third glass for?

Any idea is appreciated.

Thanks <3

I too was thinking about this possibility. I had thought of having something ready to choke in case of vomiting or any symptoms not comfortable with ingesting the sn.
Of course, in words it is easy.
What is certain is that I would never call for help in case of vomiting.
Who knows if it's feasible to tie something around your neck just before dying.

I read a transcript on here of a user (written by someone else watching them on a livestream, can't find the thread right now) who vomited, didn't take another glass, and still died.
Vomiting without taking another glass doesn't mean a 100% failure rate. 1g of SN is enough to kill some people, you say you're taking 30g.

I would interpret that to mean the results are uncertain if a person vomits. Like it would depend on whether all of it came back out and/or whether any of it had left the person's stomach before the vomiting happened. The question is, what is the person supposed to do if the process is "aborted." Do they want the person to seek medical attention or just wait and see?

Taking the metoclopramide is a thing that would make a person more likely to succeed despite vomiting.

SN is extremely toxic.. its good to have meth blue as a backup plan if u dont want to be in a psy ward.

Right. They're thinking you could either die or survive with damage and you don't want to survive with damage. But the methylene blue needs to be given IV to work as an antidote to SN. Most of us cannot manage that on our own.
