That is stressful and frustrating. May I ask where you are located. I am in US. My tracking status did not update for 16 days and just did right now it is very slowly moving through still in U* from DSL. Did not pay for express.

yup. it's been in customs for 14 days and he hasn't responded to my email i sent abt a week ago. i paid express shipping and am in the US

Same situation here. Feeling like the "express" shipping was a complete waste of money.

it definitely is in my opinion, also from what others have said about it. i think there's no difference in shipping with it

What country are you in? Was it held by U* customs for a period of time?
Now mine seems to be moving
yes, it goes through the uk first
mine seemed to spend 5 days between uk customs and the plane, and then 5 more from the plane to taking off
overall, mine was very quick - 3 weeks, but it still felt like a lifetime (would have been literally, if i had taken it the day it arrived
)

They have sent me two and neither has arrived and not moving on the shipping. So I am stuffed, first one was April so he sent another one but it hasn't moved since the 8th of may so doubt I will get that one
hi, we are In a similar boat. my first order was April 9 and shipped April 11, got lost never left U*. A month later, I payed for a new order on May 8 and it shipped May 12, and that package hasn't moved for a week since presented to customs on May 13. I am not feeling encouraged.Last edited:

I think these details got leaked on this forum and he said I'm in a message to me too. Many orders were being sent so I think he got leaked or reported. I don't know but I don't think I'm getting my package when I look on the tracking, it doesn't show that it's moved.

Have you reached out to him about your second package not moving yet? I am going to reach out to him about my second package not moving soon.
