Please read it and know I can not obtain Meto have tried everything.. and even still have to order SN and in big hurry.. and can not go wrong..
Since I cannot get Meto
I want to order the following over-the-counter meds and make a regime out of it, ofcourse adding paracetamol and fasting as in Stan's guide.it will contain an
- Antihistamine
- Anti nausea
- Antacid: anti reflux/ heartburn
I appreciate you thinking with me and also The dosing- timing spread over 2 days or kind of regime , I also will be fasting but have eating very little lately .. as tried to vsed and bed bound now…so I think everything will be different, very weak, shaky feel like I am Alta dead .. fast palpitations.. etc airway for months now..any how..
Ceterizine which is an
Antihistamine also used when sickness in food allergies.
diphenhydramine was mentioned in one of the threads and ceterizine apparently has less drowsiness and same anti sickness in food allergy
———-
Than anti sickness nausea due to traveling or pregnancy:
suprimal
meclozine hydrochloride 2
This one is also for pregnancy or post opp nausea on the package it says 3 x 12,5mg per day starting with one before the travel and than every 6/ 8 hours which is 37,5 mg
But Mayo Clinic says a higher dose at once and also up to 100 mg for vertigo:
For nausea, vomiting, and dizziness caused by motion sickness:
Adults—At first, 25 to 50 milligrams (mg) taken 1 hour before travel. You may take another dose once every 24 hours while traveling.
For vertigo:Adults—25 to 100 milligrams (mg) per day, taken in divided doses.

Than the antacid would be
Omeprazol
It's widely used to treat indigestion and heartburn, and acid reflux. It's also taken to prevent and treat stomach ulcers. Omeprazole is a type of medicine called a proton pump inhibitor (PPI).
The dosages are according to Mayo Clinic:
The usual dose to treat:
indigestion is 10mg to 20mg a day
20 mg per day. The tablets are 10 mg and advised to take in the morning
I don't think there are counter reactions but ofcourse I am not a farmaceut but I can call one..
Thanks for helping me and thinking with me. Still.. if there is someone in NL that has 10 tablets of 10 mg to spare I totally would be sooo grateful..! I actually had a conversation with a lady who is in NL and wrote she has plenty but does not want to share.. men if I had plenty I would share anyhow.. hoping my sn will arrive and this will work.. cause I am sooo f%#^*¥ ked
