SN - suffocation

Hello,
Can some sn person calm me down? I'm drinking SN in an hour and I don't want suffocation but I can deal with shortness of breath or even a little tiny bit of gasping for air. What is it like? According to vizzy it's all peaceful and no distress except minor symptoms
