I had always heard that passing away from SN was peaceful. But, last time someone posted the thread linked below in which he posted as he was going through the steps of CTB by SN. He said it tasted like seawater and the effects where almost immediate. What's concerning is that he reported that it felt like sh*t and that he was sweating, had a hard time breathing, and his insides were burning. Is this experience typical? I wonder how long these feelings lasted before he passed away. Based on the thread, he was successful. I pray his soul is at peace.

I think there will be at least a few minutes of agony. I hope the sedatives lessen the effect. But I don't think it's completely painless. (That's just my impression!)

PPH has it estimated for 12 minutes to reach unconsciousness so if you can make it through that and then don't get found, it's a home run

I think it varies somewhat from person to person, but I've never thought of it as a peaceful way to go. People who have watched videos of people dying from it tend to say sn scares them. If you want, you can watch said videos on that watch people die website, but I haven't watched myself, it's just too creepy for me.

I just saw it in a news that someone murdered a few people by slipping SN in their cold drinks. The initial police investigation ruled out cardiac arrest but after suspicion arose that the three who died were acquaintances, they delved further. Only after they apprehended the person responsible who turned out to be a neighbor were they able to find out about the SN from him.

Benzos are for sedation and reducing anxiety. Anti-emetics stop the vomiting. At least that's what I've understood from the PPH.

As a survivor of a SN attempt back in May I can confirm it is relatively peaceful. There wasn't any pain. Once I had ingested it, time went fast, and before I knew it, I was unconscious.

because I had intense medical intervention
Any idea how much time passed between ingesting SN and being found and medical intervention? I'm assuming that you were alone during your attempt?

I took it in front of the police because I was cornered. I don't live near a hospital, so they took me by an air ambulance. I had a cardiac arrest when I arrived at the hospital. It took them around 25 minutes to bring me back. I was in a coma for a while, and they didn't know if I was going to wake up.

Sorry if this is too much to ask, were there any lasting effects of your attempt? Did the SN impact your body in any significant ways?

I'm asking because I want to have my own backup plans in case I'm found out and need to attempt again.

Tired, loss of memory. No energy. Scars in different places from where they had tubes and stuff going in me. The chances of surviving sn is very slim

How long do you think you need go unfound for so that there is no possible way to be saved? I was reading the PPH and I think it says approximately 40 mins until your gone but then it says you should have over 24 hours of time where you won't be disturbed so I'm not sure. I would assume if it works that quickly then even just maybe 5 or 8 hours would be enough.

The people who died after 5 hours (probably) took less SN. If you take 25g you should be dead after 40 minutes. 5 hours should be more than enough

The main concern I have with the post in OP is the "can't breathe" part. Is it true that you feel like you're suffocating? Because I mean SN does stop oxygen from reaching your cells. Also, I remember you once told me how much SN you took; if you could remind me please.

I took 7g, but I did throw up quite a bit.

7g is not an amount that would give an accurate representation of the typical experience. If you weighed only 50lbs, the dose for an attempt would be double that, and no adult is 50lbs.

I was 60kg when I took 7g of sn just because I didn't take 25g, which is completely overkill btw doesn't mean my experience doesn't matter. Considering I had a cardiac arrest and had 25 minutes of CPR, I think I have a pretty good experience of what sn is like.

With enough benzos I doubt you'd even comprehend what's happening, never mind notice any if much pain. At least that's what I'm hoping.
