Help SN storage plan (+pretty vague background)

Been 4 years of constant switching from feeling actively suicidal to hopeful again, and each time I've been passing over getting the SN. Today I'm probably at the lowest, most miserable point of my life, but this time I finally decided to order SN to stop this endless loop of not having it at hand when I need it. It'll hopefully arrive next week. Albeit tinier and tinier every time, there's a chance I recover one more time, in which case I'll need to find a good place to store my SN safely.

There's no place where I can hide it inside my apartment without anyone finding it, though I have a cover story for it which is hot steel bluing/blackening. I'm crafty and known for having random weird hobbies so I'm sure it'll pass. The other place where nobody else but myself looks into periodically is my storage in the building's basement. It's got the appropriate temperature even in smoking hot summer days but the only downside is it's a pretty humid place at times, especially on rainy days.

I will not open the SN container until my CTB day comes but I'm planning to also put it in 1 or 2 heavy duty ziploc bags together with silica gel bags, get as much air as I can out (i don't have access to one of those vacuum thingies as they're not popular where I live) and tape it all shut. There's also the chance that the container comes pre-sealed in shrink wrap or something, but that's mere speculation.

Q1: Will it be good in the basement? Should I take the risk of storing it in my apartment instead?
Q2: Should I test it after storing it for, say, 1 year or more? I wasn't planning on testing it really, but using it directly after long storage raises doubts.

I will say, the SN is super small and in a vacuum-sealed bag, so it shouldn't be hard to store and hide, plus it's only 100g if you're purchasing that from DMC. As far as the storage though, I don't have many recommendations. I think testing it wouldn't do any harm as though it might be an inconvenience, it's better than a failed attempt from bad SN.

I will say, the SN is super small and in a vacuum-sealed bag, so it shouldn't be hard to store and hide, plus it's only 100g if you're purchasing that from DMC. Did not buy from DMC. It's a 500g bottle which is the minimum I could get from the only supplier in my area.

The SN Bible recommends getting 2 separate 100g packages, one for testing and the other one for actual use. I understand it's because one might want to test way before actually using it but, how can one be sure that both packages are equal? Can I not just test it right before using it to CTB from the same container?

Sure you can test It before ctb to be sure Is It more than 95%. Remember to put all the things you Need to test It in a safe please as well
