Agh! I have the same feeling. Like, it's too good to be true. Especially because where I live, meto and tagamet are OTC. It all feels so in reach that it's hard to believe. My biggest fear with it is being interrupted/found, because I have to do it at home where I live with family.

Seriously? Of course if the protocol is followed then most of it will be absorbed, because you won't throw up.

Well as I've said multiple times here my very poor health (including chronic gastritis and stomach irritation) makes me fearful of my body rejecting it instantly, even with the protocol in place. But I'm desperate and it's the only method I have access to.

FFS, most people here are constantly saying how difficult it is to take their own life, which is fuckin true. Yet you get presented with a method that is pretty simple to achieve and you complain its too easy. What more do you want, someone to spoon feed you N and then roast you slowly over a fire whilst you drift off to sleep, just so you feel some pain along the way?

@HellLife2 is badly mistaken. If you follow the instructions to the letter, there is very little chance you will survive. Being found usually means having a antidote administered and then you recover with little/no long lasting effects.

Please, please, please, stop knocking this method and spreading rumours that are unfounded and untrue. Keep it real and accept this is included in the PPH for good reason.
Way delayed comment now but I think the poster meant "it seems too good to be true"

I don't know if it is or it isn't but I definitely get that feeling sometimes that it is too good to be true, although that might be result of my being caught with a gun (and thereafter losing that gun) and failing/stopping a partial-hanging with a belt

I am really not sure wht your aim is. Do you go onto the hanging megathread and complain about the potential for rope burns? Do you go to the Helium exit megathread and talk about the possibility of floating away due to being potentially lighter than air? All methods outlined in the PPH are about ending your life, it's not a joke book! By that fact alone you are doing serious damage to yourself! I am waiting for someone to say "Hey, this looks dangerous! You could kill yourself doing that"

You joke about it, but it is a genuine concern and can totally happen! I even saw a documentary about it once...

Why is death so hard for people who want to die but easy for those who want to live?
It's not that death is easy for those that want to live. You don't know when you're going to die if you decide not ctb. Maybe I decide to keep on living and I die in a car accident next month for example. It's our destiny. No one knows.
