SN regimen questions

At 9:00 P.M. I start fasting. At 12:30 A.M. I take some asprin (ibuprofen). At 1:00 I drink SN and if I vomit I drink a second glass. Is this a good regimen?

Also instead of metoclopramide can I just take some pepto bismol instead?

I don't think pepto bismol is an antiemetic? But they say an antiemetic isn't necessary as long as you have several glasses of SN

the only one I have is olanzipine. I think it'd be fine.
