I have sn but not antimetics or meds im thinking of just fasting for 24hours and then taking sn and water without anything might add some Tagmet what do guys think will it fail? Is this risky if not will i just throw up and be fine

You can still get metoclopramide through online per pharmacies without a prescription.

You could try OTC Dramamine. It has AE effects. Others have used it. It's discussed in the PPH itself. Even if you had a script AE, you may very well still throw up.
