Do you really need to measure and test the SN like it says to in the mega thread? Can I just drink a shit ton of it and be done? Already ordered. Thanks in advance!

You don't really NEED to test it. You definitely need to measure it & know how much you're taking. Obviously if you take too little you'll survive but if you take too much you'll just end up throwing it all up. So getting the right amount is important. I would just try to follow the mega thread as well as you can & hope for the best.
I was preparing to drinking it all in one too, but unfortunately it was seized before I got the chance too. I suppose the latter is ok to do.

It's unlikely you need to test it. The tests you can do are pretty meaningless anyway. Either it is SN, or it Isn't. Best way to know is just to take it. Either you'll die quite quickly, or you won't.

Define testing here. To check if it's actually SN with aquarium kit, couldn't hurt to just give it a try to ensure all your mental preparation of taking SN isn't for nothing only to find out that it wasn't the substance you hoped for.
If you talking about testing by drinking a tiny sample. I actually tried it myself, I wanted to know the taste and what it feels like. The taste wasn't too unbearable, just strong yucky salty like taste. I didn't feel too much difference, barely nausea, and more than anything, felt like I had lots of sodium or salt in my body like eating from a fast food burger chain. It certainly make me feel more at ease proceeding with the SN method after doing this

Meaningless???? Auqa test literally show the amount of SN etc. NOT JUST BLINDLY TAKE A CHEMICAL
There's guides for a reason, whether it be Stan or the handbook. The people that made that didn't just do it for a light bit of Sunday afternoon fun. It's to help you out with the benefit of experience of other cases and the knowledge of the properties of SN.
