Method SN protocol help?

hello again! i am here hoping for some help with the SN method. most CTB aren't painless but if there is any tips for SN method i would appreciate it!

do i need medications for sleep and to reduce vomiting? i have anti-depressants and insulin on me, but those are prescribed. i am hoping to CTB in a month or so.

it's been on my mind for years now and have attempted multiple times but failed. i am hoping for any help.. maybe getting SN too? i am in canada and have no idea where to source it from, something preferably cheap since i am on income support qwq

dm's are always open, i just need someone tips for the SN method so it won't be painful.. thanks!

Look up Vizzy's SN bible to get an idea of what you'll need for the protocol. As for sources you just have to lurk long enough, although 1 sources specifically might be compromised.
