SN protocol advice needed

Hi. I should be getting my SN next week. I am looking at the PPH 2025. Do you really need to take the propranolol twice? I will be following this other than the benzos. I am in benzo withdrawl from 12 years of use so I can't take them and due to tolerance it wouldn't work anyway. It's the reason I want to CTB in the first place. I would appreciate any advice. I am nervous and just want to get it right. I did read Stan's guide and the longer thread but some things are different in PPH so that is why I am seeking advice.

How long should you fast before? I was thinking about 8-10 hours before?

I believe you don't have to take propranolol twice if you have some reasons. As for fasting, 8 hours is needed

It's not taken twice, it's taken either before or after SN to prime your body. But I plan to take 80mg before and the rest 320 mg after SN. As I think I might get any side effect from that high of a dose too early. I feel kinda weak most times

Be careful if you open it because I read that air leakage can cause problems. I've opened mine several times so I don't know if it's still effective.

I take propranolol everyday too for my heart that beats too fast. I don't know if I should take this med with SN method because I read that it can slow down the death ? It makes me afraid to be honest. I want to be uncouscious in minutes if possible (I have valium and 30 x 10mg tablets should be enough)

Seems like the antacids were removed from the protocol but the propranolol is optional hard to know if to take it or not. Ibuprofen isn't in the PPH so should we still take that?

Anyone have any recommendations for this aspect?
