You mean dissolved in water or the bottle in water? It certainly stays potent for some time once it is dissolved in water but idk for how long. Someone who has SN could do the aquarium test and see how the nitrite concentration decreases over time.

How long can I keep the container of SN open to make the drink btw, before it ruins the rest of SN? I have a jar of 500 gm with me.
Idk for how long but SN is pretty stable at room temperature. There's a thread about the stability of SN linked in the sticky threads.

SN solution 40% is sold too , i saw it on google....so must be stable even if kept dissolved in water....any expert here ?Similar threads
