According to the report, they already know about the Polish guy

"A further consignment of this chemical was delivered to [REDACTED] home the following day from Poland."
Which report are you referring to here?
Please refrain from using language you do not understand.
Seriously lol, "communist"?

They came to my house as well - I just lied through my teeth and was confident because I know that they have zero legal recourse to confiscate that stuff. None at all.

Even in the UK, you can have 2 tons of SN in your back garden and the police can knock on your door - they can ask you to hand it over, but they can't make you do anything. Just make up an alibi and stand your ground.

I'm not giving anyone a source (sorry), but to give you some hope - yes I successfully bought and received SN in March 2021

too much information gets posted openly, so good on you. thats the reason it gets harder and harder for people to source different things. Its obvious that people come on here, see what people are posting in regards to sources and do their best to stop it. just like there are people who write stuff to scare others.

Just for clarity, in the UK police CANNOT just enter your home for the hell of it without a warrant, unless they're in pursuit of someone, or you invite them in. They MUST tell you who they are (including providing their warrant card or ID number), what they're expecting to search for and why they're expecting to search for it. The cannot search your person without a specific power to search, and it is illegal for them to ask you to "consent to a search". You have every right to tell them to sod off (politely of course, otherwise they'll probably arrest you for disturbing the peace while they're at it, at which point they do have the right to search you but not your property)

For a general overview see This WikiPedia article

Disclaimer: I'm not a lawyer, do your own research and/or consult a legal professional if you're unsure.

They can lol. Didn't think they could myself, but i just read that article that someone mentioned previously

  • Saving life or limb or preventing serious damage to property: section 17(e).
Officers may use reasonable force in the exercise of these powers, if necessary (section 117 of PACE).

BUT would they just enter is the question? I mean if they had found this certain sources list of buyers would they go round and check the m all. I'm skeptical

I'd argue "Saving life or limb" wouldn't stand up to scrutiny if the person they're "concerned" about is standing in the doorway telling them there's nothing wrong. Generally that's for cases where the building's burning down, someone's about to harm someone else etc. YMMV I guess.

By this logic the Police will also need to start confiscating rope, scarves, heck... clothes, as these can all be used to achieve the same outcome. If anything, seizing SN will simply cause more violent methods to be chosen, including stuff that calls for expensive clean up.

I mean if they knew the person had bought the stuff that day and weren't answering the door, i could maybe see them using that method.thing is the police do absolutely FUCK ALL, anything that requires effort is too much. then again it might be like them giving out speeding tickets something easy for them to do, instead of catching the real criminals!!

Sadly the police don't really care about what happens after they're done fucking things up doing their job. If they did, maybe we wouldn't need to source violent and or messy CTB methods.

They always take the path of least resistance, the lowest of low hanging fruit. Trying to catch people who make it hard for them is too much like hard work.

The police do everything to prevent death and suicide but can kill themselves when it suits them.

They are just doing their job. Just have to say 'no I don't have SN officer' and be done. There is no way they are going to search hundreds of homes for a legal substance that people can buy with a £25 fake company registration redirection service.

What is this service? What does it offer?
In the UK you can register a company with "Companies House" and start "trading" as self employed pretty much straight away, or you can hire a registering service online to do it for you
Careful though, if you change your mind companies are easy to set up but a pain to close ( HMRC often wants a closer look)

Not in Scotland. Tell a copper you're going to obliterate yourself and all you'd get is a funny look and shake of the head whilst they continue dishing out fines to people with loud car/bike exhausts.

@JustLosingMyself So registering under "Companies House" is less bureaucracy than registering through HMRC?

It may have changed a bit, it took me 15 minutes and £125. That was a few years ago though. You didn't need to register with HMRC until you started trading.

Can I ask if anyone who got a police visit had used a PO Box? This is my plan but I want to see if the police will find me anyway. If I lived alone I'd just tough it out but my family is always at home so I can't risk it. Question is open to anyone who I haven't tagged also. Would greatly appreciate it.

I don't think the police are that interested in people that buy sn, it's not an illegal substance after all and it's only really "famous" within our community. And the cops couldn't give a flying fuck about us. Which is a good thing.
