Help SN plan this Sunday. Any tips?

Planning to book a hotel room this Sunday and drink SN. This is my regime:

Saturday
4:00am - meto x10mg
12:00pm - meto x10mg
8:00pm - meto x10mg

Sunday
4:00am - meto x10mg
12:00pm - meto x10mg
5:00pm/6:00 pm - arrive at hotel
8:00pm - meto x30mg
8:40pm - drink SN (25mg in 50ml water / prepare 2nd cup just in case)

Times might change slightly depending on when I eat lunch, I intent to fast for 8 hours.

I unfortunately don't have access to benzos… any tips on that or alternatives? Or how to lessen SI…

I have some ibuprofen 400mg but I'm unsure when would be the best time to take it, if before or after meto 30mg? Or I also have advil PM that contains ibuprofen 200mg + diphenhydramine citrate 38mg. Would that calm down nerves/anxiety? It's used as a sleep-aid. I just don't want anything to mess with meto's effect.

Any tips and thoughts are welcome.

Not sure if the mg is a typo but it's supposed to be 25 grams of sn. 600mg Ibuprofen is an hour before sn. Gl.
