I think we need a sticky of a no bs guide to obtaining N. Getting it varies based on citizenship, national residence, mental or physical illness, political state of suicide or assisted suicide, organisations relating to the former (Dignitas and the like), etc.

I know you're skeptical, but I personally feel pretty confident it's metoclopramide (primperan). A member I PM'd on here ordered his from a Greek ebay seller, so did I. If you're not confident buying from ebay, try and buy metoclopramide or domperidone from an online pharmacy or try to convince your doctor to prescribe you some.
