Since it is nearly impossible to get hold of other medication that is suggested to be taken with SN, can I really just drink it on its own and drink another glass if I puke?

I have read all of the threads on here but not really come across one where someone takes SN without anything else.

Are all of the medications really needed to swallow a glass of very salty water ?

Not required but helpful, specially to prevent puking. There are some efficient OTC antiemetics. Your chemist will tell you.

I ordered the SN but not really sure what is classed as a decent OTC antiemetic here in the UK.

Buccastem aka Prochlorperazine, for instance.

Thanks,
Unfortunately over here they won't even let you buy those! I hate this country 🫨

Prochlorperazine tablets and liquid are available on prescription. You can also buy tablets in a pharmacy without a prescription to treat nausea and vomiting, but only if you've been previously diagnosed with migraines.

I mean, it is possible but I think OTC Antiemetics are worth a shot at getting since the less you vomit, the more stays in your system however a 2nd and 3rd glass is also recommended. Sometimes it's better to be safe than sorry and at least get something to make sure it's not unbearable.

It does sound like quite the hassle to get in your case which must be really annoying to deal with.

I agree, it's just really difficult to find any that are OTC in the uk. I have some for travel sickness that I might as well use.

You can succeed without antiemetics. A user I knew drank, didn't fast and took 2x propanolol and medikinet before taking SN. She died

It really seems like Edward Leclair used nothing else. He was awaiting a decision in a courtroom, and on hearing it, drank from his water bottle. Couldn't really have been anything more than sn in there, I mean, he wouldn't have risked mixing antiemetics and painkillers into it. I suppose he could have eaten xanax or something like that throughout the day, but whatever. The point here is that he did die. And that happened after he vomitted.
