SN Natural?

Greetings, I was pondering over scenarios to make SN look natural and recalled a few cases of people who passed by consuming too many nitrites (May peace be upon them).

That being said, do you guys think it'd be plausible to consume 25g via water and create a few sausages with ample amounts of SN to make it look like ingredients gone wrong?

ORR, you can bring said sausages with you and get ihop meal to-go. Eat it in your car with your fav music, voila. Hypothetically of course, I'm sorry I can't give you actual suggestions since I'm not sure if this has ever been done successfully.

Honestly, doesn't sound like an absolute terrible idea. If there's an autopsy, they'll have a very accurate analysis of how much SN you consumed. If they analyze the sausages you "plant" at the scene, they'll also know how much SN they contain. Couple both of those things together with a stomach contents analysis, and they'll be able to deduce whether you ate enough sausages to have as much SN in your system as determined.

Found this interesting: In Thailand, the use of nitrate and nitrite is allowed but in limited quantities as stated in the notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No.281) concerning food additives. No more than 500mg of nitrate per kilo of meat is allowed in the case of processed meats, while a maximum of 125mg of nitrite per kilo of meat is allowed given the toxicity of nitrite is more severe. If both chemicals are used, the amount is limited to 80mg per kilo of meat.

It was just less than a year ago that worldwide consumers almost jumped out of their skin when the WHO's International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) categorised processed meats such as sausage, ham and bacon as not just unhealthy, but linked to cancer.
