I want to discuss using the SN method. whilst already in a partial hanging kneeling position and applying very minor pressure.
I already know there's a post mentioning SN + full suspension and N + SN + Partial Hanging, but I feel the posts and their replies would detract from just discussing SN + Partial Hanging; however, I do believe that the posters are on to something with some alterations, and should be given some credit.
The replies from that post SN + full suspension only mentioned it would prevent someone from vomiting; whilst replies for the post N + SN + Partial Hanging mentioned possible unintended side effects between N and SN, and that N is already a proven peaceful method.
However, I feel that following the SN method (including some medications if available), and being in a partial hanging position would greatly potentiation both methods, and make them much more likely to succeed
We already know that hanging isn't always successfully because: wrong knot position, inefficient pressure, not being comfortable enough, intervention, and that the SN method sometimes is unsuccessfully because: not being able to access and use anti-emetic, beta blocker, PPI or H2 antagonist and intervention.
However, using the SN method first, as it acts more slowly, then hanging, it should allow someone already in the partial hanging kneeling position to fall unconscious from the SN, and than slump soon afterwards and quickly apply greater pressure on the carotid arteries, therefore hanging yourself.
This combination of both SN and Partial Hanging should speed up ones death, much more quicker and painlessly, than using either SN method or Partial Hanging alone.
